Course Details
Empowering Students Through Coaching (ESTC) is an ICF accredited Level 1 program. Our program is a research-based comprehensive coach training program for life coaching and ADHD/neurodiversity coaching. Participants in Empowering Students Through Coaching will explore the JST Coaching Model designed specifically for coaching neurodivergent students. ESTC is the only research-based student & ADHD coach training in the world.
Program includes:
- 90 hours of ICF Level 1 accredited coach training
- 60 hours live virtual classes
- 10 hours of ICF-required mentoring
- 20 hours of asynchronous work.
- Weekly coaching practice with an assigned Coaching Buddy
- Life Coaching skills assessment for an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential
Empowering Students Through Coaching provides a solid foundation in professional life coaching. After you learn and practice the ICF Core Competencies and coaching skills, we will explore the shift to neurodiversity coaching, focusing on co-creating lasting change with people of all ages living with ADHD, ASD, executive function issues, and other related conditions. Each participant is required to secure at least two adult clients for life coaching, by week 4 of class, who are willing to have their coaching sessions audio recorded for the JST ACC mentoring and accreditation process.

Additional fees NOT included in the cost of tuition for Empowering Students Through Coaching include:
