Since 2010, she has been working with leaders, who want to take a holistic approach and honor all aspects of their life, while they lead their team to the next level. She helps them to find the Hero Within, and together they explore a way of holding shared power, relating and just being. Her clients are from all walks of life and include top management in corporations and educational institutions, as well as parents, couples and women who want to grow as leaders. She also facilitates teams to find their core strengths, communicate better and become more effective, creative and innovative.
Jagruti Gala considers herself an agent of transformation and constantly pushes the edge of consciousness in herself and in others, in order to create a world of greater peace, truth and compassion! Her calling in life was developed through the experience of growing up in India’s mind-numbing diversity and inequity. She takes pride in wearing several hats with the common thread of two beliefs – LEARNING leads to LIBERATION and EMOTIONAL WELLNESS leads to SELF LEADERSHIP.
Besides leadership coaching and consulting, Jagruti is also the Founder and Managing Trustee of a non-profit, AURA – A Learning Place (2007); the Co-Founder at Stones2Milestones (2008); and served as the Chief Mentor of Amrit Vidyalaya (2017 – 2020), a school in rural India.
