Jo Ann Skinner is founder of Jo Ann Skinner Coaching. She has achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the designation of Certified ADHD Coach (ACAC) and is a Board Certified Coach (BCC). She is passionate about working with older high school students and college students. Due to Jo Ann’s extensive background in business, she enjoys working with professionals and entrepreneurs. Jo Ann incorporates the need for balance and well-being into her coaching and emphasizes leveraging strengths to support each client.
Jo Ann’s professional experience includes working in large international corporations, starting her own successful businesses and working as an educational advocate in Northern Virginia. She is a past member of the Fairfax County Public Schools Advisory Committee for Students with Disabilities. Her training includes: Fast Track Coach Training Academy, JST Coaching & Training, George Mason University’s Advanced Coaching Program for Leadership and Well-Being, VIA Institute on Character and courses in Positive Psychology. She is a member of Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder (CHADD) and the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), and the ADHD Resource Group of Northern Virginia.
