Sandi Lindgren, PhD, MSW is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Sandi’s professional mission is to support teens, young adults, and professionals who serve them. She does this with her business “i Support YOUth, LLC” through individual and group coaching, social work supervision, mentoring, training, and consultation with individuals and youth-serving organizations.
She is also the Director of Children’s Mental Health Case Management at POR Emotional Wellness, LLC. Sandi’s published book, “i Support YOUth! Success Through the Latest Motivational Approach” highlights her dissertation research on coaching youth, and serves as a guide for those interested in coaching youth. It’s available in paperback on her website or kindle version on Amazon.
Sandi has been a certified coach through the International Coach Federation since 2005, and will complete her mentor coach certification in 2021. She volunteers for the American Red Cross (ARC) as a Disaster Mental Health Responder, and providing Reconnection Workshops for the ARC Services to the Armed Forces. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, traveling, reading and various crafty projects.
