Christine Grutta is a certified ADHD coach and educator with over 20 years of experience in higher education. She is a graduate of JST’s Empowering Students Through Coaching and is certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Christine is an experienced educator who has served in a variety of diverse educational environments around the country. She spent 10 years as a faculty instructor at Lane Community College in Oregon where she taught in the Adult Basic and Secondary Education department, helping students reach their goals of completing high school and enrolling in college. She also trained and mentored faculty members of other community colleges in best practices for empowering adult learners.

Most recently, Christine worked as an academic advisor at Landmark College, a private college exclusively for students with learning differences, including dyslexia, ADHD, autism and executive function challenges.

Currently Christine manages her own coaching business where she provides individualized ADHD coaching to adults and college-students seeking to develop new life practices and mindsets to achieve their goals. She is passionate about creating authentic collaborations with clients, rooted in self-awareness and self-compassion.

Christine lives in the Green Mountains of Vermont with her husband, two young sons, yellow lab and a flock of chickens.
