Demetra Moore is a performance business coach with a passion for helping entrepreneurs reach their highest potential and profit margin. This is a love she discovered over a decade ago while working as a mutual fund trader for a Fortune 500 company. Demetra, who always had a desire to be an entrepreneur, made the choice to explore opportunities and started her firm Moore Out of Life, Inc. The personal and professional development enthusiast sharpened her coaching skills and became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in New York. After graduating from iPEC, Demetra joined the International Coaching Federation (ICF) where she earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. She later spent time as a trainer for iPEC and quickly became one the school’s highly requested mentor coaches on the East Coast.
Today, Demetra has 20 years of experience in the financial industry and provides training and coaching services to a mix of students, professionals and business owners via television, workshops and international conferences. She helps organizations vet new candidates, increase team engagement, and identify opportunities for growth to increase their revenue. Demetra is currently partnering with ProAdvisor Coach and has added the MindScan Hartman Value Profile to her repertoire of certifications.
She is the author of three books and has been featured by multiple news outlets including Connected Woman Magazine, The Huffington Post, Black Enterprise and Wealth Palace.
